If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the purchase / performance of our products, you are entitled to a full 100% money-back refund of your purchase price. In order to obtain a refund, you must return the remaining product(s) in its original container to Herbs By Nature. You must call first to obtain a return number for accurate processing. Upon receipt of these, a full refund of the purchase price will be made to the purchaser, and your feedback (if given but not required) will be promptly reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department as part of our continuous improvement program to insure complete customer satisfaction.
